The Goose Lake grounds in Kern County opened in 2004 under use agreements with the California Conservation Fund, Colly Houchin Trading Company, and Tracy Ranch. The central training and event area consists of 500 acres of open space and technical ponds, supplemented by access to nearby ranch land. The Denverton grounds in Solano County total approximately 900 acres, consisting of the former Denverton Duck Club and adjacent upland areas. The Denverton property includes four technical ponds and surrounding wetlands, marshes and uplands. Formerly the Grizzly Island Duck Club, Grizzly Ranch in Solano County consists of Suisun marsh wetlands and uplands. Grizzly Ranch training areas include three technical ponds, a swim-by pond, meandering canals, and upland and wetland training areas. |
