CRTA is a membership organization with memberships available for California-based AKC sanctioned Retriever Clubs, Professional Trainers and Individuals. With more than 4500 acres of prime habitat in both Northern and Southern California, we believe the retriever community will welcome this opportunity for access to excellent retriever training and trials grounds.

    OUR CHARTER:

• CRTA is a not-for-profit group dedicated to providing suitable grounds in California for field trials, hunt tests, and training of retriever dogs.

• CRTA is an advocate of providing quality grounds for AKC sanctioned field trials, hunt tests, and picnic trials as well as for in-state and out-of-state professional retriever trainers.

• There are no daily fees for use of the grounds - only annual membership is required. Membership fees are used for land usage, restoration, water, maintenance, and management of the properties.
